She has a track record of sponsorship sales & management, content development, event logistics & fundraising including auction production. Fundraising is an art form and it takes a lot of creativity and persistence to raise money for a Ski Foundation. Julie brought tremendous energy and was able to implement a number of novel ways to engage the Ski team families and community as a whole. Our goal when she started was to create energy and interest with the newer members and families. In a nutshell create an Incline Village connected community. I had the pleasure of working with Julie when I was the program director at a small food pantry/nonprofit. We were incredibly under resourced and unable to hire a full time, permanent development director. We hired Julie on a contract basis and no permanent employee could have served us as well.
